The Modine Publications Extranet offers a wide array of publications (sales tools, manuals, guides, surveys, graphics, etc.) that are available to be downloaded to your computer or, if authorized, ordered for paper copies.

Will return the user to the Modine.com home page.  To return to browsing Publications, click the Browse menu item.

Browse

The Browse page provides a simple, easy-to-navigate method for users to find the publications they need.  This website employs a "drill down" navigation method.  The user is presented with a selection of categories. When the user clicks on a specific category, the website will "drill down" to the next level of classifications of that specific category and display those choices to the user.  In this way, the user can navigate to the specific publications they need.  

Navigation

At the top of every page, you will see the Categories heading:

The Categories: box will indicate the current "depth" you have drilled down to.  Below the Categories box, you will see the links to the subcategories at this level.  The number in parenthesis () indicates how many items are found at that level.  

If you have successfully navigated down to a level that can be displayed, you will see exploded lists of categories and publications below the Categories heading.  These lists will begin with a gray box that displays the entire path to navigate to that subcategory:

Below the heading will appear the publications for that subcategory.  If a preview image is available, it will appear on the left side of the row.  Next will be the Literature Number and Title with the number of pages and the price.  Clicking on either the image or the title will open a pop-up window with a more detailed description of the publication, if available. 

If the item is available for download, the Download Now! button will appear with the size of the download listed below the button.  The first time you download this session you will be asked to review and accept the Modine Terms and Conditions of Internet use.  You will then be asked for the location to save the document.

If the item is available for order, a box will appear for the user to enter the quantity to order (the maximum order quantity will appear below the order quantity box).  Enter the quantity to order and click the Add to Order! button to add the item to your online order.  You will be taken automatically to the View Order screen to verify your current order.  Click on the Continue Browsing button to return to where you left off. 

Any time you wish to return to previous levels of a subcategory just click on the name of the subcategory and you will be returned to that level.

View Order

At any time during a session, you can click on the View Order menu option to see the items that you have requested that we ship to you.  This page is also displayed after every item you add to your order.  The screen displays a row for each item ordered.  You will see the Item/Line Number, the Item description, the Quantity and the price (both unit and extended):

You can edit this order at any time.  To delete a publication, click on the check box in the Delete? column on the line to delete.  To update a quantity, click on the Quantity field on the line to update and then type in the new quantity.  If you update a quantity to be greater than the maximum quantity, the system will skip the update and provide a warning message at the top of the screen.  NOTE: You must click the Update button to apply any delete or quantity updates!

Logon

Users who have a active account with Modine can Logon to the Publication Extranet.  Clicking on the Logon menu item bring up a prompt for your User Name and Password.  If you are a Modine Customer, Vendor or Sales Representative requiring access to secure publications and would like a secure User ID, go to the Help menu and click on Request a User ID.

Search Box

Most pages have a Search box in the header.  Type in a Literature Number or key word(s) and click the Go button and the website will retrieve a list of all items that have the search term(s) in their title or description.  From the results screen, you can either directly download or order an item, or you can click on the item's classification to return to the browser view displaying all publications in that classification.
